Deadlines and important dates for orders are below:

There are no special deadlines at this time.

Note: When a holiday occurs between the deadline and the pickup/delivery time you must add 1 business day for each day the Food Bank will be closed.  For example, if your normal pickup/delivery time is on Monday, and Friday is a holiday, then your deadline is now on Wednesday instead of Thursday.

All agency orders scheduled for Wednesday October 1, 2025, and/or Thursday October 2, 2025, must be received by FBEM no later than 10am on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Please note there will be no changes accepted, or new appointments made from Friday, September 26, 2025, at 10am through Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
