Deadlines and important dates for orders are below:

There are no special deadlines at this time.

Note: When a holiday occurs between the deadline and the pickup/delivery time you must add 1 business day for each day the Food Bank will be closed.  For example, if your normal pickup/delivery time is on Monday, and Friday is a holiday, then your deadline is now on Wednesday instead of Thursday.

FBEM is upgrading its software, causing a total blackout of Agency Express from June 23 to June 30, 2026. ALL orders must be placed by the end of the day on June 22, 2026.

There will be NO access to Agency Express from June 23 through June 30:

  • There can be No changes made to any orders during this time
  • No order placement or modifications
  • No delivery or pick up changes
  • Account balances and credit limits are blocked

Plan ahead and place extra orders before the deadline to cover your agency's needs during this week.
